Do my #LumityCollective Rewards points expire?
Your #LumityCollective Rewards Points will expire after 12 months. If you convert your points into a loyalty voucher it will expire after 3 months. Make sure you are signed up to receive emails from us to so that we can let you know when your points are expiring. -
How many times can I redeem the same reward?
Every time you have enough points, you can redeem these on the reward of your choice. LumityCollective Rewards points can be exchanged for loyalty vouchers up to the value of £20, this voucher can then be applied to an upcoming subscription order or used to purchase other Lumity items on site. Just to note, only one loyalty voucher can be applied per transaction. -
