I have a subscription, but cannot access my account?

When purchasing a Lumity subscription, an account invitation will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If your account has not been activated, you will receive an error message when you try to log in or reset your password, as shown below.

Simply click the "Get started" button and create your account using the email address associated with your subscription. Once complete, you will receive your activation email again, click the link in this email to set a password and activate your account. You will then have access to view and manage your subscriptions any time.
